Maxwell Stephens has been asked by the client to recruit on their behalf for the role of Site Coordinator who will be a polite, friendly and helpful individual who will be consistently thorough on all duties.
For this role you have proven experience in a building facilities environment as well as experience working with contractors and suppliers.
Alongside this you have the skills, training or qualifications in basic building maintenance (painting, electrical, plastering etc.)
You have strong written and verbal communication skills which aid you in offering excellent customer service and client service.
As well as all of this you are able to prioritise your workload.
In this role you will develop and maintain relationships with key clients/production contacts, contractors and suppliers.
You will monitor and manage the site as well as monitoring any installations and building works.
As part of this role you will ensure that all areas are clean and presentable and ready for client move in.
You will work closely with cleaning and security in this role.
This role will also see you carry out emergency lighting flick tests, hot and cold water temperature checks etc.
You will also carry out small remedial repairs to building fitments (replacing door handles, carpet tile changes, paint touch ups, replace electrical plugs, repair/replace breakages).
In this role you will assist Marketing with any special events as needed.
