In this role you will support the Head of Services with day to day operations of the Services function.
As well as this you will assist in the development and implementation of the customer service function for both internal and external clients.
About You
For this role you will have excellent communication skills which will aid you in forming internal and external relationships.
You have the desire to be challenged and develop your skills both old and new.
As well as this you are experience in managing and supervising a small team.
You are a self-motivated individual.
Your Responsibilities
In this role you will help in to develop and implement processes to deliver effective property and services provisions to the business, this includes office layout and move implementation.
You will ensure performance standards within the team are meet.
As well as all of this you will manage and update systems and records, this includes finance records, budget trackers, department handbooks etc.
You will be proactive in the management and response to inquiries, problems and complaints for services to be provided to the business.
