You will work as part of the senior management team, developing and implanting strategies, policies and procedures as well as resource allocation and supply management.
You will be a member of the BIFM or an equivalent professional body, or have relevant experience.
As well as this you have a Health and Safety qualification.
You can successfully manage and develop a team and can demonstrate this leadership through change management.
Alongside all of this you have extensive experience in facilities or estate management.
You are able to work to your own initiative and can prioritise your workload and time effectively.
You will provide strategic and operational management of Facilities (Catering, Domestic and Maintenance),Health, Safety and Fire, Procurement and Logistic Services.
In this role you will provide management of the teams within the facilities and estates department.
As well as this you will successfully manage the delivery of Facilities Management services to a consistently high level.
You will oversee capital projects.
You will also provide comprehensive professional and technical support and advice on relevant matters to the relevant departments and its stakeholders.
