Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit a Property Manager on behalf of a international property company.

You will manage and execute policy whilst providing an innovative, operationally efficient and economically competitive commercial environment for the occupiers whilst enhancing the investment value of the asset.

Your Role

Provide comprehensive property management services that ensure that the needs, safety, well-being and expectations of the occupier and visitors are paramount and align with companies and client’s visions

Ensure that Health & Safety, emergency procedures and safe working practices are established, maintained, and conform with current legislation, ensuring occupiers and team members are provided with a safe environment in which to conduct their core business activities.

Responsible for service partner management to deliver outstanding standards consistently around the business

Utilising the input of internal and external resources, produce the annual building service charge budget and information for year end and budget reconciliation as required, respecting deadlines set.

Develop excellent relationships and undertake regular dialogue with all stakeholders, in particular to communicate with and meet all office occupiers and retail occupiers. In addition, to solicit feedback on team’s/ service partner’s performance from occupiers through informal and formal communications to ensure any areas for improvement are identified and consequently acted upon.

Develop and drive a fabric maintenance plan to ensure the building fabric and appearance of the internal managed areas are in upkeep of overall business strategy and long-term costing initiatives.
