Maxwell Stephens have been asked by the client to aid in the recruitment for the role of Facilities Coordinator.

In this role you will deliver day to day facilities and conference/event services by working closely with Facilities and IT contractors to achieve shared goals.

About You

 For this role you will have relevant experience of AV support for events, conferences and meetings, as well as experience of operating advanced audio-visual equipment.

As well as this you will have relevant experience of supporting facilities services.

Alongside this you will have good communication skills which enable you to supervise contractors and service providers, as well as building excellent working relationships.

You are able to priortise you workload and provide solutions when presented with immediate problems.


Your Responsibilities

 In this role you will support the Head of Facilities when required to ensure adequate cover for absences or at peak times of building use.

You will do facilities checks throughout the day, following procedures to ensure functionality, cleanliness and safety.

You will assist security.

As well as this you will assist Health and Safety and Environment procedures, this including audits.

This role will see you have the responsibility for sorting and distributing post and franking and processing the outgoing post.

You will also monitor stocks of house supplies, stationary and ordering requirements from approved suppliers as required.
