Maxwell Stephens has been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Facilities Manager who will deliver full FM service for the client and provide support to their offices.
For this role you will have operational experience at a supervisory/managerial level ideally within the commercial sector.
Alongside this you have an IOSH qualification.
You have budgetary experience.
As well as all this you have the ability to use a full range of Microsoft applications.
You have a working knowledge of current Health and Safety legalisation.
What You Will Be Doing
This role will cover all aspects of FM including:
- Health and Safety
- Operation Office Management
Using your self-motivated mannerisms you will manage your work to meet tight deadlines.
As well as this you will be using your excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with staff, the public and potential customer groups on a regular basis.
