Maxwell Stephens are delighted to have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Facilities Officer.

This role will be working for an insurance company, with several offices in their network and nearly 600 employees.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for all Health and Safety considerations in the office including first aid and fire warden duties.



  • You Responsibilities

    In this role you will have responsibility for all facilities related issues in the office and for three residential properties.

    As well as this you will be responsible for risk Assessments as well as DSE Assessments.

    You will take responsibility for weekly health and safety checks.

    Your excellent interpersonal skills will help as you facilitate staff training, liaising with different departments and arranging things like PAT testing for example.

    There is a hands on element to this role that will see you take a key role in event set up, meeting room preparation as well as office moves and set up.

About You

For this role you will have an IOSH qualification.

Alongside this you will have a few key skills, which include maintenance skills and time management skills.

In terms of personally you are self-driven which enables you to work well under pressure all of this is aided by your excellent interpersonal skills.
