Maxwell Stephens, the UK’s leading facilities management recruitment company, have been appointed by the client to find a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator in London.

As part of their Office Support team, the successful candidate will be committed to ensuring the best in service, delivery and communications at all times to their clients, guests and partnership team.

The hours worked will be 8:00am-4:30pm.

  • About the role
    • Your role will require you to assist the office support team with ad hoc tasks promoting their smooth running of the premises.
    • You will be responding to Office Support helpdesk requests when required.
    • You will be single point of contract for all the office maintenance request.
    • You will be required to do daily building checks in the mornings including the monitoring of temperatures and proactively making adjustments. You will also be checking the fire alarm daily.
    • You will understand Health & Safety building checks weekly.
    • When required, you will assist with in office restacks and general re-shuffling, assembling furniture and equipment.
    • You will manage out of hours access coordination, liaising with key holders, on site security and building managers.
    • Your role will require you to monitor SLA’s and KPI’s
    • You will take responsibility for keeping rooms free of clutter and ensuring adherence to Health & safety.

About You

  • You need hands on experience working within either a corporate environment or in a dynamic fast paced environment.
  • You are able to work under pressure and have excellent organizational skills and good time management.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are able to think on your feet with an eye for detail and presentation.
  • You are able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and set priorities.
