Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role Regional Facilities Manager in various locations around the South Region.



  • Roles & Responsibilities
    • Your role will require you to work with the Senior Regional Facilities Manager, Head of Property and Head of Projects providing operations support when needed.
    • You will have overall accountability and responsibility for the day-to-day management, coordination and contract management of all key outsource supplier.
    • You will give leadership and direction to the Regional Facilities Managers enabling them to deliver facilities operations in a consistent and structured approach across the portfolio.
    • Your role will require you to provide first line response and escalate any emergency incidents.
    • As well as all of the above, you will be communicating efficiently with the key stakeholders and local management keeping them up to date with facilities related activities.
    • Your role will require you to assist with the tender processes for property management Facilities services, ensuring that any change in supplier are implemented correctly and efficiently ensuring any improvements that are required are delivered.

About You

  • 5 years minimum experience within Facilities management both hard and soft services.
  • The strong ability to manage multiple ongoing office activities.
  • Experience within contract management
  • You will need a NEBOSH qualification
  • Experience of Health, Safety and Environmental legislations within the workplace
  • A good understanding of project management.
  • You have excellent organisational skills and problem solving skills.
