Our client, a well-respected, global institution are seeking an expert in soft service delivery to enhance their team.
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially astute manager to develop and maintain excellence in service delivery. Reporting to the function Director, you will manage the integration, co-ordination and delivery of facilities across a missed use portfolio of buildings. You will be required to develop and implement efficient, effective and safe operational practice and policy to deliver services which are fully compliant and meet strategic objectives.
You will enjoy the buzz of a busy environment and the challenges of satisfying a multitude of stakeholders. Customer focus is paramount to the role and should come as second nature to you.
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate experience in:
- People management including management of direct labour and contractors
- Managing a full range of soft service across a number of sites/buildings
- Budget Management
- Strategic and operational performance management of contracts/contractors
- Complex change management
- Health & Safety
Ideally you will hold a relevant degree qualification and will have gained experience at Senior level within a high profile, corporate environment. You will enjoy working autonomously to achieve results, be comfortable in an environment of continuous improvement and be a strong team player.
