Our client are a leading organisation in the non for profit sector are now looking for Head of Facilities and IT to join their establishment in Central London on an interim contract for a period of 3-4 months.
You will be an experienced Facilities Manager whom also has the experience and knowledge to pro-actively manage all IT and IT related requirements of the company.
In this dual role you will manage both facilities and IT teams taking immediate responsibility for full line management as well as being tasked with the smooth running of the day to day operation. You will also be responsible for income generation for commercial events and ideas for rented out space within the building.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to step in to a position and make an impact from day one is imperative to this role.
