We are looking for an experienced corporate Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills to work at our client’s prestigious site on a one month basis, to start as soon as possible. The role is working for a property organisation in the Kings Cross area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dedicated corporate receptionist to gain experience within a leading organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all activities of the reception area, providing a welcoming and efficient front of house service
  • Issuing security passes and taking receipt of deliveries from couriers
  • Supporting the Office Manager with ordering stationery and other supplies for the office
  • Preparing rooms for meetings and managing the diary for the boardrooms
  • Answering all incoming calls, transferring and/or taking messages when required
  • Distributing the post
  • General administrative tasks

Personal Specification

  • Well presented with experience from working in a corporate environment
  • A clear and concise communicator
  • Experienced with using Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Available immediately and happy to commit to a temporary role
