The business is pursuing new and expanded FM work with commercial property owners, and needs an experienced bid manager to lead its bids from start to submission. Alongside live bids, you will build a proper bid capability: a reusable library, case studies and a pipeline of new commercial office FM opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing

- Write and edit high-quality responses on service delivery, mobilisation, TUPE, compliance, CAFM, reporting, social value and sustainability
- Get input from the operations team and keep contributors to deadlines
- Work with Finance and operations on pricing models, assumptions and clarifications
- Gather subcontractor and supply-chain quotes, evidence and accreditations
- Prepare the team for presentations and interviews
- Build a bid library and help qualify bid or no-bid decisions on new opportunities
About You

- A proven record managing and writing winning FM bids, ideally hard services or M&E-led FM
- Experience bidding for FM contracts with commercial property owners or landlords
- Working knowledge of TUPE, mobilisation planning, FM pricing and social value
- The ability to turn operational input into clear, compliant, persuasive answers
- Available at short notice
Desirable:
- APMP qualification
- Experience setting up a bid function in a growing business
- Knowledge of central London prime office FM
Why This Role
