This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality, client-facing materials, enjoys working to demanding deadlines and thrives in an environment where accuracy, discretion and exceptional service are essential.

You will play a key role in ensuring important documents and presentation materials are produced to an exceptionally high standard and delivered within agreed turnaround times.

The Opportunity

• Supporting urgent and high-volume print requirements

• Maintaining excellent communication with requestors regarding progress and turnaround times

• Advising users on appropriate print specifications and finishing options

• Monitoring paper, toner and other consumables

• Carrying out basic troubleshooting and escalating equipment faults where appropriate

• Maintaining a clean, organised and fully operational Print Room

• Supporting reporting and continuous improvement of Print Room processes

• Participating in shift handovers to ensure a seamless service across operating hours

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong quality focus

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• The ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of digital print management or workflow systems

• Basic print-equipment troubleshooting experience

• Previous experience within financial services, legal, professional services or another similarly high-pressure environment

• A professional, collaborative and customer-focused approach

• The judgement to know when to resolve an issue and when to escalate it

• A high level of discretion when handling confidential information

Two Shift Opportunities Available

Ideal for supporting early-day requirements, including preparation for early meetings, pitch materials and overnight print requests.

Focused on afternoon and evening requirements, including deal materials and same-day turnaround requests.
