Our client occupies a prestigious grade 1 listed building in London and on their behalf we are seeking a highly competent Facilities Manager to manage all aspects of the building.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that premises, facilities, equipment and services are maintained to the highest standard in accordance with current legislation relating to site safety and management.
You will also ensure the building is used effectively and efficiently, appropriate office services are provided and that cost awareness and revenue generation are maximised through stringent management controls and close working with the onsite Hospitality team.
Our client is about to start the final phase a multi-million-pound refurbishment of its building so the Facilities Manager will have a pivotal role in this important project.
The successful candidate will be an experienced ‘hands on’ Facilities Manager who is able to work on their own initiative and work effectively with a wide range of colleagues, associates and contractors. Contract management is essential as are strong organisational, management and communication skills.
This is an exciting and varied role where you will be involved in managing a high profile building in an historic part of London.
