On behalf of our corporate client we require an experienced Facilities Project Manager whom is available to start immediately for an 18th Month contract based in Leeds.

The key focus of the project is to manage their business relocation; the Facilities Project Manager will act as the intelligent business lead in providing knowledge and direction for the relocation.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing a medium to large scale relocation programmes and will have a high degree of self-motivation and be driven towards meeting business deadlines and targets.

With outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, the Facilities Project Manager will be able to build successful relatioshi8ps with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure the smooth transition to the new premises.

Skills and experience required

  • Proven project management experience in managing medium to large scale relocations
  • Space planning management experience
  • Procurement and vendor/contractor management
  • Financial management
  • Health and safety
  • Client facing
  • Ability to read analyse drawings, plans and schedules
  • Analytical and forecasting skills
