- Facilities Manager for the London Office, based in Stratford
- Line management of the administrator
- To validate Handyman and contractor quality of work with residents when required
- H & S Manager for the Office and Home Plus stock room
- Inventory Manager for the consumable stockroom, responsible for stock control, ordering and payments
- Contract management and procurement for all Home Plus Office service delivery requirements
- Responsible Protective Equipment and Clothing
- To manage the office and stationary and consumables budget, providing periodic audit and accountancy reports to the Finance Team
- Carry out servicing or inspection of all London apartments as and when requested, creating documented reports and raising all required works orders
- To cover for the administrator during annual leave, sickness and absence
- Carry out H & S Tool Box talks and provide business updates
- Manage the preferred supplier list, ensuring all suppliers are cleared by finance, insurance, H & S and the specific subject matter expert
- Apply customer service standards to in-house and outsourced personnel
- To champion and be proficient on all supporting software and operating systems
- On call 24/7 one week in three responding to all out of hours emergency issues
- Required Skills & Experience
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum of three years’ managerial experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Project management skills
- A practical, flexible and innovative approach
- Clear and concise report writing skills and the ability to lead and motivate others
- Strong systems and IT skills
Professional qualifications
- NEBOSH General Health & Safety Certificate (Desirable)
- Membership of the British Institute of Facilities Management (Desirable)
