Working for a global leader in property management based on site at one of their trophy assets.
In this exciting role you will be responsible for undertaking reactive and maintenance works to our clients asset. The aim of the role will be to ensure power distribution and lighting is maintained at all times.
The Role will form part of a split shift system incorporated within a 24 hr period. Each shift delivering M&E services for 10 hours at a time.
The ideal candidate for this position will be someone with a strong experience in General Maintenance of building structure, maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as interior furnishings. Candidates will also need to have good knowledge and experience in Plumbing and Plant skills. Minimum Mechanical Discipline NVQ Level 2-3 e.g. Heating and Ventilation 6018 or recognised equivalent.
Candidates will also need to demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills. You must have the ability to work alone but also provide support to everyone where necessary and be able to work under pressure in difficult situations.
Previously working/working as a mechanical engineer within the commercial sectors, undertaking routine mechanical repairs & maintenance, conversant with small works installations and the testing / completing of documentation. Good understanding of Health & safety within the workplace. BMS experience and Multi-skilling capability and or HVAC certificates, equivalent qualifications. Desirable to have Health and Safety Training and Specialist training i.e. Water treatment Systems BMS Controls, Fire & Voice Alarm Systems, etc.
