Working on behalf of our client, a worldwide and well respected property organisation,we are looking for an experienced multi-site Facilities Manager to cover a selection of properties within Central London.
Your responsibilities in the role to carry out your duties would be to oversee all aspects of the Facilities and Building management. This would include but is not limited to contract management, client relationship management, tenant and supplier relationship management, commercial management, financial acumen and HSE responsibility.
It would be helpful if you have demonstrable experience of five keys areas of competence, these include:
- Health & Safety
- Budget Management
- People Management
- Contractor Management
- Awareness of Maintenance (Both planned and reactive maintenance).
This is an excellent position that requires an individual with exceptionally high standards and the ability to deliver at all times.
