An experienced Office Manager is required to carry out a 6 month temporary role in North London.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
To be responsible for the management and maintenance of all offices
To play a leading role in all Health, Safety and Security matters affecting offices and staff and to be the nominated fire officer.
To ensure that all necessary offices supplies and services are provided cost- effectively and reliably
To provide cost- effective and reliable telephone options within and between sites and for remote staff
To ensure that the working environment is arranged and supplied with up to date office furniture and equipment to enable staff to carry out their roles effectively and safely
To plan and monitor facilities budget to ensure the cost- effective management of facilities.

Must have excellent communication skills
Proactive, organised and methodical in approach towards the role
High level of personal and professional commitment towards the role
The ability to take charge and manage a team
Excellent IT skills
