Our client is a global success story and they are now looking to recruit an exceptional Facilities Manager for one of their key corporate contracts based in West Sussex. Working as the Senior Lead at this multi service contract you will be accountable for the delivery of both technical services and soft services on site.

Effectively manage the onsite team to ensure that exemplary facilities services are provided at site
Manage the full P and L account for all services on site
Directly manage a team of line manages as well as indirectly a large staff team.
Motivate and lead team to achieve high performance at all times
Deliver operational excellence across all services, including hard service delivery, catering, cleaning, logistics, grounds maintenance, pest control and laboratory support services (24 services in total)
Manage and control the services to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets
Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the Company mission and values
Ensure strong client relationship is developed and maintained, allowing for organic growth opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience of managing a range of out sourced services, including technical services.
High levels of financial acumen with proven experience of managing a P and L account.
Knowledge of lean methodologies (six sigma/lean)
Ability to lead and manage change programmes on a multi-site basis
Strong knowledge of Health and safety and compliance in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication, and negotiation skills
Proven experience of developing profitable relationships site contracts
