Our client, a leading real estate company, have an opening for an Estates Manager to be based at one of their prestigious sites in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity that requires an individual with exceptionally high standards and the ability to deliver at all times.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities and building management, either single or multi-site, with a focus on health and safety and maintenance. It is essential that you have managed budgets including service charge budgets and also have the ability to work pro-actively and independently whilst being confident in your decision making skills.
A strong leader of people you will manage a team of both direct and contracted staff and you should also have the ability to build excellent client relationship building skills as you will be required to manage successful tenant and supplier relationships.
Essential Skills required:
- IOSH or NEBOSH
- Financial management, including service charge budgets
- Pro-active and self-sufficient
- Contract Management
- Awareness of maintenance (PPM)
- Client relationship management
