Our client are a leading property company and they have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Manager to join their team. You will manage the day to day operational activity for two multi-let properties and will be the point of contact for the buildings.
Experience of contractor management and managing a service charge budget are essential requirements of this role together with an excellent understanding and awareness of maintenance and PPM scheduling and health and safety.
You will have proven experience in building management and will be able to forge successful working relationships through your excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will deliver high standards with an eye for detail and superior planning and organisation.
Key skills required:
- Experience in managing multi-let commercial properties
- IOSH qualified (desirable)
- Health and safety
- Contractor Management
- Budget management (Service charge)
- Awareness of maintenance (PPM)
- Good technical knowledge
