Our client wants to hire with immediate effect an experienced, talented Critical Systems Manager to work within their Facilities Management Department.
You’re a self-motivated, disciplined professional and you will have an eye for finer detail, especially in technical areas. Managing critical systems is something you’ve done for a long time. It’s work you find rewarding and stimulating.
The job will be pressurised sometimes. That never affects your performance when solving complex and technically challenging issues. Nor does affect your leadership skills managing contractors, sub-contractors and consultants to meet their clear & unmissable deadlines.
Your planning, organisational and delivery skills will be second to none. This enables you to lead and motivate internal & external teams to operate as an efficient and coordinated workforce. It’s your superb interpersonal & communication skills that will, at all stages, involve and inform everyone at the site including consultants, contractors, the public and our brilliant staff.
You understand the vital roles that FM suppliers play. You’ll be the bridge between them and your in-house team on all aspects of their service. You’ll set and monitor financial control standards so that performance is met. You’re there to make sure that regulatory compliance is achieved every time.
If you have been an Approved Person managing a diverse High Voltage network, acted as an Authorising Engineer for a High Voltage network and have experience in managing life safety systems, your skillset is just what we want.
