Maxwell Stephens are looking for a talented, ambitious and driven Senior Recruitment Manager to join our team in Darlington; you must have experience in recruitment ideally in a senior position or be hungry for that next step up.
This role is also good for a senior looking for career progression
We have a regular billing permanent and temporary desk that is yielding great financial results week on week and we require someone to come in and hit the ground running and continue to drive this forward maximising opportunities.
This is an incredible opportunity as you are inheriting an already built and successful area that has masses of existing potential.
As well as the above we require this particular individual to have the potential to be able to take a leading role within the office, someone with the ambition and desire to progress their career in Recruitment.
We are looking for someone that can show great responsibility and maturity, someone with a tenacious and motivated approach in this demanding industry. You will be required to take control of the Office in the absence of the Managing Director and ultimately be looking to progress toward this position in time.
