Maxwell Stephens are currently recruiting for a Facilities & Administration Manager in Birmingham. Maxwell Stephens’ client, a highly-respected education establishment, are requiring an immediately available candidate for this contract position.

Contract Duration: Initially, Up to 8 Weeks


  • Contract Management of Premises Service Provider
  • Management of School Building Projects
  • Oversee the management of the Community Sports Centre
  • Oversee the management of the Security Guard
  • Day to day management of the School site and grounds
  • Budget Management for above areas
  • Health and Safety Officer
  • Educational Visits Co-ordinator
  • Line management of administration staff (Receptionist, Administrative Assistants)
  • Oversee the smooth running of the reception and the main administration office
  • Support the whole school events and ensure resourced as required

Experience Required:

  • People and contractor management (Total FM experience)
  • Budget management and lettings experience
  • Good H&S awareness – ideally IOSH/NEBOSH qualified
  • Event Management
  • Similar sector background is desirable
