The main focus of this role will be to deliver a huge property project for ensuring timely delivery and appropriate budget controls.

As our clients Project Manager, your expert knowledge of project or programme management, your organisational capability and positive communication skills will make a difference in helping the project flourish.

As well as leading the project team, the main purpose of the role is to manage a £1 Million refit project. You will be tasked with coordinating the refit and in-service refurbishment and innovation upgrades with project stakeholders.

About You

The role would best suit a team player with the ability to build strong, positive relationships to work and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and cultures.

With a background in project/programme management working on complex and fast-paced projects, you will have ideally worked on a similar project.

You will have specific and relevant experience of office refurbishment as a Project Manager combined with strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to build relationships at all levels

Excellent project and financial management skills are required to transparently manage project budgets and cost complexity evaluations skills are required as well as experience of working in a large multinational company
