Maxwell Stephens have been assigned by our client to recruit a Head of Facilities and Hospitality on an interim contract for 3 months.
What You’ll Be Doing
Day to day responsibility for Facilities Management, including the line management of 3 direct reports, as well as holding direct responsibility for Health and Safety and Guest Services across both sites.
The second part of this role will be to conduct a thorough strategic review of the whole facilities function including all teams that sit within it and to make a series of recommendations that will improve the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of the service provision.
With a thorough knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety in the context of their services, across both patient sites (as well as 24 shops), the successful candidate will play a key role in leading on relevant organisation-wide statutory and regulatory requirements, whilst simultaneously ensuring high standards of customer care, particularly in relation to front of house services, ensuring that it is responsive to the needs and preferences of all stakeholders.
With a relevant qualification in Health and Safety and a strong background in managing teams, particularly across manual worker grades and the ability to lead professionally from the front, the successful candidate will possess the ability to work well with divergent teams; whilst simultaneously carrying out a series of objective service reviews, identifying recommendations aimed at achieving sustained improvement.
