Maxwell Stephens are working alongside a highly innovative and entrepreneurial business, whom are one of the world’s leading property developers, to find an ambitious and experienced Senior VP for their Dubai Operations, which then will have the potential to grow to manage their entire global operations.

This role will initially be responsible for overseeing the management of Circa 100 Million Square Feet of Buildings and Facilities for our client organisation, as well as developing and executing management programs and coordinating their operations with a large team of professionals and a huge budget to keep all of their buildings, equipment, and supplies in good order.

Their spirit is independent, fast moving, placing clients at the core of both existing operations and future developments.

About you

  • We are looking for a highly experienced Managing Director/CEO level individual with 20 years+ experience in the facilities management industry at an enterprise level on an international basis who has both a Privately owned and a Corporate background.
  • A strong and assured character, you will also be a pioneering thinker with the ability to operate at a strategic level, devising and executing plans with the comprehension of the wider goals of both the business and clients.
  • You will possess the ability to create a supportive and collaborative environment which drives continuous improvement through both change and growth and high levels of customer satisfaction throughout.
  • You have previous experience working for a global real estate company or comparable environment. Holding either a bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification, your market leading FM knowledge will make you an asset to our client.
