We are looking for someone who has significant experience of working in a complex Estates and Facilities Management role. As a member of the Directorate’s Senior Management Team you will be accountable for providing a professional Estates service to the NHSBSA and leading a team that engages effectively and works collaboratively and inclusively to enable the delivery of the NHSBSA’s strategic objectives and ambitions.
With great leadership and communications skills, you will be able to build strong and enduring professional relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers and other stakeholders at all levels up to Board Director and CEO so that effective short and long term Estates strategies are developed that deliver value for NHSBSA and the wider NHS.
You will be accountable for the strategic development, operational management and safe operation of all areas of property asset, building security and facilities management across the NHSBSA. You will use your extensive knowledge and proven skills to ensure that the business operates within environments that are safe and compliant, and for ensuring NHSBSA’s estate portfolio is managed cost effectively and in accordance with statutory/regulatory requirements.
You will be based Stella House, Newcastle Upon Tyne however, our client have sites across the country and travel will be required for this role.
