Maxwell Stephens has been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Stadium Technical Manager who will enter this key position within the management team to ensure the successful delivery of services.
In this role you will use you technical knowledge of M&E systems ensure the successful and timely delivery of both maintenance and installation services for all critical building and operational systems on site.
You have a formal Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification alongside significant demonstratable experience as well as having previously working in a senior management position.
The combination of your collaborative approach to work and your excellent customer service skills will enable you to network with potential stakeholders and liaise with contractors and teams.
You have an excellent knowledge of Health and Safety legalisation.
Alongside all of this you are driven which helps with working to tight deadlines and whist under pressure.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role you will act as a technical M&E advisor and manager to ensure that all maintenance and projects are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
You will be responsible for all Environmental Health and safety compliance.
As required you will manage capital and operational projects while fully managing and overseeing all planned and reactive site maintenance requirements.
