Our client are seeking an Engineering Manager for a new site they have acquired on the outskirts of Norwich.

Holding a relevant professional certification, your FM and Maintenance knowledge will make you an asset to our client.
What you’ll be doing
As Engineering Manager you’ll be responsible for leading our client’s maintenance team in their day-to-day operations and projects as well as working with the construction teams and contractors to ensure a smooth handover
You’ll also work closely with your team to help them set and attain meaningful goals. You will ensure they receive all the relevant training necessary
Our client will rely on your expertise in preparing the capital plan for building systems, structure, and more. This highly responsible role, you will be in charge of preparing capital and repairs and maintenance budgets for systems.
Managing all facilities and maintenance on the site, you will undertake regular site inspections to identify any problems or potential risks. Flagging up any issues, you and your team will respond quickly to ensure constant compliance and company policies. You will also be responsible for maintain optimal functioning of all building systems, including HVAC, fire protection equipment and lifts.
Assuring the highest levels of customer service at all times, you will also help to plan and execute maintenance programs throughout the site; keeping the offices functioning safely and looking their best.
