Maxwell Stephens has been asked by the client to recruit for the role of Guest Experience Supervisor who will be responsible for coordinating tasks and resources across the Estate to ensure that the service that is put out is of a high standard.
For this role you will have an NVQ Level 2 in Cleaning Services and IOSH H&S training. As well as having the willingness to undertake any further training that may be required.
You will have a minimum of two years’ experience in leading a team and working in a complex environment. Due to the busy environment you will need to be excellent at problem solving and being able to prioritise to meet deadlines.
You will be able to plan effectively and due to your previous experience leading teams you will have developed the ability to deal with a diverse stakeholder population and have excellent customer service skills which will enable you to introduce change and plan for the future. As part of this you will have to maintain confidentiality at all times.
In this role you will work alongside the Deputy Soft Services Manager.
As part of leading a team you will ensure the continual awareness of H&S, fire and safe working practices. You will also embrace coaching and developing the team. This will also require you to assist in the recruitment process for new cleaning operatives.
You will support the site team with managing emergency situations, and where possible you will resolve operational issues.
When there are VIP visits you will plan and facilitate these.
This role will require you to be quite flexible as it is based on 4 days in 2 days off (37.333hrs per week avg) and different shifts and weekend work will also be required. The working hours you will do will be between: 05:00 -14:00, 08:00 -17:00, 13:00 -22:00, 21:00 – 06:00
