Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Facilities Management Officer who will ensure that new contracts are onboarded successfully this will allow for the facilitation of a smooth transition to Operations.
In this role you will work closely with Account Management and Operations teams to ensure that the expectations of clients are always met while at the same time remaining legislatively compliant.
You are comfortable using CAFM systems and confident in your ability to deliver successful mobilisations of properties.
You will work well in a fast paced environment.
As a confident communicator you will be able to present your work both internally and externally. The work you will produce will include progress reports, Gantt charts and financial spreadsheets.
In this role you will deliver the mobilisation plan for new client spaces in line with the requirements of the delivery scope.
You communication skills will come in handy as you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, this includes Landlords.
Your ability to prioritise workloads in busy environments will help you as you instruct on services and contracts in line with agreed budgets and ensuring the paperwork is recorded and prioritised accordingly.
