Back to Vacancies ListMaxwell Stephens have been asked by the client, a national property conglomerate to recruit for the role of National Head of Facilities Management.
This role is orientated around providing strategic leadership over the Facilities team to ensure the highest levels of services are provided to all stakeholder across all areas of hard and soft FM.
About You
You have the relevant skills for an FM role with at least 5 years’ experience in managing hard and soft services. Alongside this you have an industry recognised qualification.
Your ability to work under pressure will allow you to meet deadlines and manage KPI’s.
You have a high level of knowledge in regard to Health and Safety, IT packages such a Microsoft Office and as well as this you may have a first aid qualification.

Your Responsibilities
In this role you will use your skills of communication to manage all outsourced contracts for Hard and Soft FM as well as managing the Facilities team. In managing teams you will also manage their performance.
You will promote best practice in health, safety, quality, sustainability and environmental matters.
As part of this role you will maintain a CAFM system in line with compliance legislation.
Your confidence will enable you to build relationship with diverse stakeholders.
You will manage the agreed annual budget as well as the forecasting for the estate.
Role/Competency: | Proactive leadership and self-sufficiency in developing the Facilities function, including comprehensive/regular reporting on services provision |
Effective procurement of contracts and contracts management across the function | |
Identification of future opportunities in the Facilities space and developing a wider offering for the business |
