Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Assistant Building Service Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of the estates operations.
In this post you will work with the Building Services Manager to ensure that the highest quality of service is delivered, this will be measured using he CAFM system.
You will manage approximately 5 sites.
For this role you have experience 5-10 years in a supervisory role with experience working with multiple sites.
You are a motivated leader who is able to liaise with staff at all levels and external stakeholders. As well as this you are customer focused.
Knowledge of health and safety legalisation, electrical bias and continuous improvement and performance management.
In this role there are several key responsibilities.
You will deliver mechanical, electrical, BMS and building fabric services across the sites in terms of safety, quality and environmental impact. This will be done by ensuring the team has a can do approach to their customers and work.
You will be a leader for the specialist in house building services team.
You work flexibly and will assist multiple teams across the sites to ensure the expectations on services levels are provided by supporting them in organising and prioritising the workload.
In this role you will be expected to demonstrate model behaviours, with an open and inclusive manner at all times.
