Our client are looking for this role on an interim basis to manage an operational team of in-house Facilities Assistants/Post Room and contracted security and cleaning. For success you have both the reputation and track-record of providing a 5 star front of house / soft service delivery.
You will be responsible for the direct management of key service contracts and also directly employed teams.
- You will be responsible for the direct management of key service contracts and direct people management.
- Manage soft service contractors including cleaning, security etc.
- Monitor contractor performance against SLA’s and KPI’s
- Acting as the main point of contact for all day-to-day issues and the appropriate liaison with the on-site team for each soft / front of house service.
- Responsible for ensuring that the services are using best practices, that opportunities for innovation are fully exploited for the benefit of our client.
