Maxwell Stephens has been asked to recruit on behalf the client for the role of Building Manager who will ensure the high standard of service in buildings.
You will play a vital role in the team as acting as a single point of contract for all operational issues within the building on a day-to-day basis.
You have an operational knowledge of all key facility services, while being able to demonstrate experience and understanding of current Health and Safety regulations.
You are a member of IWFM.
In this role you will use your experience of people management to work as part of a team and to develop your team.
In this role there are serval key responsibilities you will hold.
Using your communication skills, you will work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that you provide a balanced and considered threat evaluation as well as assessing Risk.
These skills will also help you in building, managing, leading and motivate an inclusive and flexible team. This will ensure that the team has the right range of skills and experience.
You will attend weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with all Service Partners to monitor operational and financial performance.
As part of this role you will ensure that staff are fully trained on all required systems and are capable of delivering high standards of customer service.
