Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked by the client to recruit for the role of Building Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the Building Manager in delivering effective and compliant facilities management.
You are a member or an associate member of BIFM and hold an IOSH in Managing Safely.
You have an excellent knowledge of Health and Safety alongside environmental knowledge.
Your excellent communication skills ensure that you work well in teams and ensure you can create good tenant and client relationships.
As part of this role you will check and approve expenditure against the budget.
You will play a huge role in ensuring compliance with statutory legislation in respect of health and safety and environment.
You will undertake regular building inspections, complete reports and progress any works that may be required.
This role will also require you to undertake some admin tasks as required, this includes filing, using systems and inventory management.
