Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client, a well-recognised corporate company for the role of Operations Manager who will be responsible for the day to day management of cleaning, security, reception, telephone and administration services in a multi-let skyscraper in the City of London.
Using your excellent people skills you will manage, motivate and build a team to deliver exceptional results to ensure those who use the property benefit.
These people skills will also help as you work closely with multiple stakeholders.
This role will see you prepare budgets and monitor these as well as setting targets annually.
You will turn operational KPI’s and performance data into operational strategy and process.
You will need to be familiar with all layouts within the building, undertaking building inspections and initiate / progress any required works.
A main part of this role will be to ensure that everyone is working safely. This includes where PPE when required, reporting any near-misses as well as ensuring that everyone is being fully compliant at all times.
This will include promoting working safely.
