Maxwell Stephens have been asked by the client to aid in the recruitment for the role of Contracts Manager who has experience of working on maintenance and small works contracts.
You will have at least 5 years demonstratable experience with a Mechanical or Electric background.
You have a good understanding of Building Services and fabric repairs.
As an individual you are positive and driven and work well with others which makes liaising with clients and developing relationships with them easy.
As part of this role you will do Works Surveying as well as managing and delivering PPM contracts.
You will also estimate and price works.
You will aid the delivery of services and projects in a professional and timely manner. This will help you ensure that you are providing strong customer service.
As well as this it will help as you will use your understanding manner to understand and meet each client’s individual priorities.
