Maxwell Stephens are delighted to have been asked by the client to recruit on their behalf for the role of Safety Advisor.
Who will work as a member of the Safety Team to provide advice, assurance and assistance on safety matters.
You are educate to a degree level and/or suitably qualifies with extensive experience in a similar role.
As well as this you hold a professional qualification, such as an IOSH.
You are committed to your own personal development this is shown through your self-motivation that helps you get tasks done to agreed deadlines.
As well as this you are an excellent team player and this allows you to train and promote excellence in health and safety to all staff at all levels.
In summary your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the point of contact and advisor for safety issues.
You will use your communication skills to liaise with key specialists and mangers in relation to managing safety.
You will conduct audits and inspections as well a investigating any accidents or incidents and writing reports on these.
Part of this role will see you deliver training and coaching as required.
