Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked by the client to recruit for the role of Place Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing and developing projects and services.

The role will be a combination of project delivery, service management and relationship development to create an outstanding experience.

What you’ll be doing

 You will develop and deliver a programme of services including deep cleaning and Christmas lighting.

You will also set and manage KPI’s and objections and ensure evaluations are undertaken for every project and service.

You will need to build, co-ordinate and maintain strong operational partnerships with local authority, police and community groups.

As part of this role you will work closely with the finance manager to ensure budgets are managed properly.

For this role you will need to be aware of opportunities for additional project funding through external services.

About you

 You have both the knowledge and experience of project and service management.

As well as this you are able to work at a fast pace while prioritising your workload and ensuring that you are always able to deliver the right outcomes.

You are able to work well in teams and engage well with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure you build great relationships with them.

As well as this you are enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail and high standards.
