Maxwell Stephens has been asked to recruit on behalf of the client of the role of Facilities Coordinator who will be able to support the team to deliver best class service across the business.

About You             

You have experience working with CAD and CAFM systems which are aided by your IT skills.

As well as this you have a health and safety qualification.

You are organised and can work with a degree of autonomy as well as this you are a strong communicator.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage M&E service partners and PPMs as well as managing fit-out projects.

As part of this role you will work to identify opportunities for continual improvement.

For this role you will take on Health and Safety responsibilities which will include you doing regular H&S office checks and overseeing processes relating to first aid and fire management.

You will support general FM office admin which includes sourcing new products and general enquiries.

Part of this role will see you set up meeting rooms too.
