Assistant Property Manager (Maternity Cover)
Back to Vacancies ListMaxwell Stephens is delighted to be recruiting for the role of Assistant Property Manager who will deal with the maintenance of the portfolio, including reactive repairs on an initial 9 Month Maternity Cover.
The employer are a financial services investment firm and you will assist with the management of their own, owned properties.
The main objective will be expected to direct, control and co-ordinate with contractors ensuring the highest standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
You will deal with the reactive maintenance of the portfolio ensuring that all maintenance items are logged.
You will carry out site inspections of the portfolio properties.
As part of this role you will manage contractors to ensure that their work is completed to the required standards.
You will use your communication skills to liaise with occupiers as well as colleagues and advisor.
As well as this as and when necessary you will liaise with the Property Manager to develop and implement new procedures or revise existing procedures, in order to achieve high levels of efficiency, quality, audit trails, reporting and finance management.
