Maxwell Stephens has been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Facilities Manager who will take responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings, plant equipment and general facilities.
For this role you will have serval key day to day responsibilities which include:
- Creating and updating the facilities plan in consultation and agreement with service staff.
- You will mange contracts and sub-contractors.
- This role will see you manage both all the phones, keys, CCTV, door entry systems etc as well as Planned and Preventative maintenance. This will involve you scheduling dates and monitoring the quality.
- Building strong relationships with tenants but communicating and cooperating with them.
As well as this you will ensure that all activities are compliant with licensing, fire, security, safety, insurance requirements.
As part of this role you will manage budgets.
You will be primary registered key‐holder with responsibility for security of the sites.
