Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Facilities Manager to manage a considerable number of franchised outlets.

This role will see you manage the repairs and maintenance budget of the business while ensuring best value for money and service. You will manage reactive and planned maintenance.

About You

 You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills which enable you to build personal rapport with all levels of the organisation. This also shows you as a team player and a coach to peers.

For this role you ideally have experience in launching and embedding new CAFM systems.

You have a proven track record of improvement of FM in terms off effectiveness and spend.

Your Responsibilities

 The key functions of your role will be ensuring that all properties meet the required health and safety standards and operational needs of the business in the most efficient, safe and cost-effective way.

In this role you will maintain a system and process to manage preventative and reactive maintenance across the portfolio.

As well as this you will work in conjunction with the operation teams to oversee the maintenance and servicing of all equipment, fixtures and fittings.

Working with the operations and construction teams you will also ensure that FM is delivered effectively to support optimum running of the operations and to ensure that everyone is working in unison to ensure cost effective and efficient refurbishment projects.

You will report on spend versus budget and analyse the spend trends.
