Maxwell Stephens are delighted to have been asked by the client to recruit for the role of Property Administrator, working client-direct for a highly reputable real estate and property company.
In this role you will provide administrative support to the Building Management Team while maintaining efficiency. You will ensure that everything behind the scenes are running smoothly.
You have minimum of 18 months experience in an administrative role within an office environment.
You have GCSEs in both maths and English.
You are confident and professional in your manner and are able to manage you time well while completing tasks with attention to detail.
As well as all this you have a customer focused approach to everything you do.
Your main responsibilities will be to maintain internal systems and ensure that all admin is up to date and this includes any diary management.
As well as this you will maintain expenditure spreadsheets.
Process invoices and sort any mail.
You will also provide hospitality support for meetings and training course.
As part of this role you will process any expenses claimed by the team.
