Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked to recruit for the role of Facilities Manager working in the amazing setting of a film studio, where this role will allow you to apply your experience in a fast growing industry.

In this role you will oversee all aspects of hard and soft facilities management across the clients sites.

You are highly experience and comfortable in customer engagement and will thrive in this fast paced environment.

About You

For this role you have a hands on approach to your work.

As well as this you have a knowledge of site H&S regulations, understanding, reading and producing Methods Statements, risk assessments and permits to work.

You are confident in a customer-facing role.

You may…

Have 5+ years of experience in a facilities management role.

Alongside a good knowledge of statutory regulations and experience in managing contracts.

As well as this you may also have a NEBOSH or an IOSH certificate.


Your Responsibilities

Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing, monitoring and negotiating all contracts relating to building services.

As well as taking responsibility for all preventative and planned maintenance.

You will be highly experienced, comfortable with customer engagement, will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will have a demonstrable ability to lead building projects.

As part of this role you will attend company, contractor and customer meetings in connection with all aspects of day-to-day portfolio management.

You will deliver appropriate property and facilities services to customers in accordance with industry best practice, any contract terms and statutory requirements.
