Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Senior Site Manager who will act as the first point of contact for a variety of Facilities Management requirements.

In this role you will ensure that building users are getting an excellent FM service, this will be done by focusing in proactive customer service.

About You

 For this role you will have or be working towards a professional qualification within estates or facilities related subject area.

Alongside this you have at least 5 GCSE’s at A-C as well as an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.

You have a good understanding of health and safety, this will come from your experience of working within an estates or facilities department. As well as your knowledge of hard or sot services.

You have experience of CAFM helpdesk systems.

You have a flexible approach to work and are able to communicate effectively to managers and colleagues.

As well as all of this you are competent in the use of IT packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

 

Your Responsibilities

 In this role you will supervise the day-to-day running of the site as well as liaising daily with the senior site management team to ensure that their needs and priorities are delivered.

You will act as first response to reactive maintenance issues.

You will follow up audit findings.

As well as this you will maintain effective relationships to ensure users are satisfied with the service delivered.

In this role you will assist in the coordination of fire evacuation drills.

You will escalate and follow up on the status of work requests logged on CAFM system and update the site senior curriculum team, estates, facilities team and helpdesk team as required.
